Mask Mirror을 이용하여 보컬리스트며 연주가인 Jennifer Walshe, Tomomi Adachi, Christian Kesten, Lou Mallozzi와 협업을 했었다. 2009년부터는 구두 언어의 음악성에 대한 탐구로서 말의 반복 루프를 실험하는 앙상블인 Throphies를 드러머 Tony Buck과 프렛리스 기타리스트인 Kenta Nagai와 함께 조직하였다. 보세티는 Errant Bodies Press, Monotype, Rossbin, Sedimental 등에서 솔로와 협업을 담은 10장 이상의 음반을 발표하였다. 음악잡지인 Blow Up, Dusted Magazine, The Wire로부터 독창적인 음악가로 인정받았으며 The Wire에서는 그의 음반인 Zwolfzüngen을 2010년의 탈장르 음악부문 베스트 15에 뽑혔다.
Alessandro Bosetti (Born Milano, Italy, 1973) is a composer, performer and sound artist currently based in Berlin.His approach is close to sound anthropology and incorporates social, behavioral and sociological aspects in his works for radio and ensembles as well as in his performances.Field research and interviews often build the basis for his abstract compositions along with electro-acoustic and acoustic collages, relational strategies, trained and untrained instrumental practices, vocal explorations and digital manipulations.One of the most innovative radio artists of his generation he has been a key Ars Acustica figure since 2000, and created a vast body of work of hybrid, award winning, text-sound and radio compositions for the main Radio and Electro Acoustic Music studios in Europe, most notably for the historical WDR’s Studio Akustische Kunst in Cologne and Deutschland Radio’s Klangkusnt Dept. in Berlin. Of special relevance pieces like Il Fiore della Bocca (Rossbin/DLR 2005), a work on the vocality of the mentally and physically impaired and African Feedback, a collaborative scrutiny on experimental music in West Africa (Errant Bodies press, 2004). As a concert composer he received commissions from ensembles as the KammerensebleNeue Musik and Die Maulwerker in Berlin and from WDR in Cologne. He is currently writing a cycle of chamber pieces for guitar, clarinet and voice commissioned by the Besançon museum of Contemporary Art with guitarist Seth Josel and clarinetist Laurent Bruttin.Alessandro Bosetti is an emotional performer that has consistently toured in Europe, Asia and the United States. He’s been presenting solo sets for voice and electronics blurring the line between electro acoustic composition, text-sound pieces and performance. As a tool for live performance he created the speaking machine Mask Mirror ( 2007 – ongoing ) with the support of STEIM in Amsterdam and Harvestworks digital centre in NYC and performed extensively with it in Europe and the USA. Mask Mirror will be featured in his 2012 concert at the GRM festival Presences Electroniques in Paris.
